Who we are

The Ketet/Abhnit Family Digital Hub ("Ketet Family Hub") is operated for approved family members and invited guests. Contact details are listed below and via our Data Rights portal.

What we collect

• Account: name, email, branch/Biet, role, authentication identifiers
• Profile & directory: city, country, occupation, bio, privacy preferences
• Genealogy: names, relationships, dates, places, photos (with living-member protection)
• Community: posts, messages, groups, media uploads, event RSVPs
• Commerce: order and donation records (no raw card numbers — processors handle payments)
• Technical: session cookies, security logs, consent records

Lawful bases & purposes

We process data to provide the family platform, maintain security, fulfill memberships, process donations/shop orders, preserve heritage records, and comply with legal obligations. Consent is obtained for non-essential cookies and optional AI features.

International transfers

Data may be processed in Canada, the United States, the European Union, and Australia via Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, Stripe/PayPal, and email providers. Data Processing Agreements should be executed with each processor before launch.

Your rights

Depending on your location you may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, or withdrawal of consent. Use the Data Rights portal.

Retention

Messages, logs, and media follow configurable retention (see admin documentation). Deleted accounts are anonymized per the data deletion workflow. Audit logs may be retained for security and compliance.
